I try to stay conscious that I eat things high in fiber and if I don't, I take a fiber supplement that helps me get the fiber I may need for that particular day. I love wheat and bran cereals and fiber one foods.
It's not what you eat, it's what you don't eat.
I have decreased the amount of fatty and fried foods that I eat. I look at the totally calories in a food source as well as the fat and the carbs.

I like organic and natural foods

Natural properly cooked food helps enormously.
5 fruits and vegetables a day
