There is no substitute for eating the right stuff, but it isn't easy!
When I was seeing a nutritionist I was eating healthy foods, and I did lose weight the healthy way.

worked for a while and then i started eating less and ruined it and my metabolism by putting my body in starvation mode and now healthy eating means weight gain before weight loss. Im naturally overweight so Ill have to watch at some point.
