I wear adult sixed cloth diapers and waterproof plastic pants to bed each evening in order to avoid a cold wet bed in the morning. The diapers work very well

Christopher does get pressure sore and rashes but his incontinence and loss of bladder control is quite severe so wearing pads are neccessary for him.

We hate the term Nappies. We use pull ups but as he is a cuddly lad they are a bit uncomfortable and damn expensive.
