I don't know if it worked or not

It comes and goes---sometimes I am okay, or I'm spacing out or I just start crying.

i cry so much it feels like I'm empty inside.

The crying spells are not aas bad now, but all I have to do is think of him and they start.

Crying releases a lot of built up emotions for me. I cry at the strangest times in the strarngest places but i don't hold it back anymore. Crying shows me how much i loved my brother.

Sometimes it feels like the tears are the little pieces of that emotion, and it just works miracles when you get them out.

I JUST SIT BY THE TOILET AND CRY

this lets my emotions out and I usually feel better after crying.

I cry all the time. At work, at home, in the car, etc...No one has ever made me feel so terrible about myself to where I want to cry, but I find it happening daily and it is always because of something my significant other did or said to me. I don't deserve this. No one does.
