I'd been having a lot of crying spells for months , usually while driving .One day I just crumpled on the floor in a fetal position and a voice came out of me that I'd never heard before and I cried uncontrollably and harder than I've ever cried in my memory for a little while as the sadness caught up with me

The emotional release does help temporarily, but doesn't do anything for long-term.

I couldn't cry at first like I needed too. Husband left and all alone now and have crying spells alot. Feel like I got alot out.

Letting the grief out and support from family really helps.
