Counting Calories Reviews

Working / Worked
Pretty much the same as WW - if you do it for real and exercise too, it will work
Working / Worked
i lost almost 100 pounds a few years ago. Now I need to get the motivation to do it again as I have gained back some weight and have baby weight.
Working / Worked
This has worked when i restrict to 1200 calories and write everything down. It quits working when outside things occur like cookouts or PMS. I also get lazy about writing things down.
Working / Worked
Worked years ago but I find it really hard to stay away from the processed carbs so I stopped doing it.
my savior at the beginning!
I count, it works, but sometimes you can become obsessed with counting. Almost lose the pleasure of eating.
Working / Worked
Love it, helps so much to see what I eat. I HATE IT; and that's why it's effective.
1200 calorie diet, so far it's working
This always works as long as I stick with it.
The first time i lost weight this was the only process i used, along with a lot of exercise- and i lost 70lbs. BUT i had to drop my intake under 1k cal. a day in those last two months and up my exercise to twice a day. It's not nearly as easy now, 6 years later to do the same.
Working / Worked
i need to keep track or I'll overeat
I have been trying this for severl weeks and it seems tobe working, i have been trying to pay attention to the amount of calories I am eating each day every time I pick something up, but of course soemtimes it is overwhelming, and can be obsessive too.
Working / Worked
I only count how many iv burned when im at the gym - it does make you feel bette when you see all those cals you have burned off
What I'm doing now, but not in a healthy way.
Got to be combined with counting saturates as well if it's going to work, and for best results must use those calories on healthy foods and do exercise too.
