Working / Worked
worked, but got lazy
Working / Worked
Only worked the summer I was a tour guide.
This was part of my weight loss program and it really helped, but I can't get back into the habit again.
I got tired of writing but it helped
This is important to be aware of.
Working / Worked
Worked, used Fitday and kept a journal of all foods ate.
This is a great way to lose weight. However, it can be time-consuming.
it works but I have been bingeing incessantly for months now, and have been unwilling/unable to stop. it works, if I could just fucking get myself to stop
i would be so hungry that after awhile i would stop counting and just eat.
Working / Worked
I did the rotation diet for a while it worked but I was far too restricting. It was hard for me to stick to even with the promise of a whole cheat week every month.
This makes me depressed.. but I have a habit of doing it.
Works when I do it. It helps to see what I ate that I really didn't need. I can become quite obsessive/compulsive about it, though
Working / Worked
When I do it, it holds me accountable. Hard to get back on track when I stop.
So far has worked but now I'm feeling more cravings and emotionally
drained.
I kept a food and exercise diary on my Pocket PC and used it for a year...this worked great!! I went from 243 lbs to 164 lbs in a little less than a year! Unfortunately, I "fell off the wagon" over this past year due emotional stress - I am most definately an emotional over-eater. I'm trying to do this again, though it's a bit over-whelming to "start over".
