this worked when I was younger but I was literally eating about 300 calories a day. I know that isnt healthy and sure enough once all the weight was off and I started to try to eat normal it came back.

It's hard at first but then after to learn how many calories are in which foods you eat you will discover you can still eat the things you really enjoy but in MODERATION and A LOT LESS frequently. I still have sugar & milk in my coffee I just set aside 150 calories for that and I drink only water and the occasional diet lemonade. I am have completely cut out all soda INCLUDING DIET soda. It's bad for you-ie phosphoric acid and the carbonation causes water retention.
