A friend of mine told me cinnamon stimulates the same area of the brain with out the addiction, so I got Big Red gum and cinnimon mouth wash. Also, when I get a craving, someone told me to put something I detest at that instant. It worked for me for about 2 ish years.

when i first came to the progam i went cold turkey the only treatment i went to was aa,and counsling iwas pretty crazy ,i really stuck close to the group 90meetings and 90 days when they told me to clean house,i took that to heart a nd everything sparkled[wasnt the house they were talking about but lord knows the physical one was mighty dirty...

I actually stopped cold turkey and quit for 5 yrs. but started back up when i went thru my divorce. I could kick myself for starting back up again, it's much harder to stop now.
