I followed an 18 month course of treatment. It was very helpful, made me confront a lot of issues and work through them until they didn't hurt any more.

Worked with a therapist for about 6 months and my condition improved- felt my former self return. Learned how to identify my depression triggers- low blood sugar, lack of physical activity, social interactions perceived to have gone badly, etc.
Very helpful.
Enabled me to be more aware of red flag behaviors and ways to handle complex emotions and memories. Taught me to function while coping.
