I attend a CBT group once a week and learn techniques to work with my thoughts, enmotions and behaviors. Very helpful. Have books on cognitive behavioral therapy as well. wonder if depression may actually be causing my sleep issues. Incidentally I occasionally think I suffer from "dysthemia" rather than major depression. Dysthemia is more mild but can negatively affect jobs, relationships over the long term.
