I believe it is helping...but I havent seen a great deal of change yet but I have faith and hope that Im doing the right things for me. My diet has changed as I cannot eat raw veggies or salads my body cannot digest these foods and it causes pain so I limit my meant intake too. I drink too many soft drinks and I try to drink enough water daily. I dont eat a lot again due to the pain in my abdomin but I eat many small meals a day. A half of a sandwich cheese and crackers as well as fresh fruit helps.
