Greatest tool ever but must be used in conjunction with meds until I'm stable enough to be cognitive. I know when I'm in crisis my thinking is irrational and my therapist has to walk me through to rationality. Great literature out there on it helps too.

I attended CBT for a while to correct problems with anxiety and depression. It somewhat works when you have small panic anxiety issues to calm down and relax however during the major storm of problems and stress I could not calm myself down using these techniques at which point of time I thought the help of psychiatrist.

Helped me stop the Si and get the Ed under better control, helped put some issues to bed.
