This seemed to help keep me on an even keel & reduce morbid thoughts, but didn't (at least at a low dose...) really help with my trich or compulsive behaviour, and I still had periods of becoming very low- though much less often & less severely than previously. Not sure about side effects- Low libido definately, but that could also be hormonal & due to childbirth etc...
