When I am out and need something and all I can find is sugar i follow it with Cinnamon capsules and it helps my blood sugar not crash afterwards so much.

I was able to get a really good natural supply. It was Cinnamon bark extract. It was a liquid and smelled incredible. It would help lower my BS by at least 10, but it also helped to almost extinguish my sugar (especially chocolate) cravings. But, I couldn't afford it and had to stop taking it. I should start again.
