I got put on this drug back in the 70s.Took it until my new intestine doctor put me on Asacol.

This seems to be helping a bit more in my current flare up. Besides a draconian change in diet, ulfasalazine seems to be the main factor in taking the blood away.

Dr. prescribed this BEFORE I had my L. intestine removed in 2000. I don't remember seeing or feeling any improvements....
