Saves lives :) but kills memory so im careful not to take it unless i really need it.

I take it as needed for anxiety. Ativan works very well for those moments when I feel im about to "lose it". I have experienced memory loss since taking it, so im careful not to take it unless im absolutely certain i need to.

it works very well it kinda makes you tired but other than that worry-free ..

this is used to treat my anxiety attacks

Out of the absolute blue I started getting severe panicanxiety attacks. Im talking full out hotcold flashes eye sight blacking out heart pumping so hard I thought it would jump out of my chest waves of tingling sensations going through my body complete breathlessness tightness in my throat and ALL at once. So my psychiatrist told me that some people with BP experience this anxiety at the onset or a symptom of depression. So I take Ativan to help calm my mind when I feel very panicked

I take this when I feel an attack coming on.

Take lorazopam at night to help me sleep. .5 to 1mg.

This works for me. I take 1mg and i can sleep. I'm afraid of becoming dependent.

I only took one pill so far while I was having my attack -- but it seemed to work.

It does help when I have an eppisode

It definitely provided almost instant relief, but it was a quick fix. My doctor doesn't want me to take it because it can be very addicting. I am contemplating trying something more long term like lexapro.
