Just make me sleepy and I cant really function on it .So dont really take it all to much

It worked to control times of extreme stress, but is too addictive, so I wanted off of it.

i take this for panic and anxiety....wish the lithum was working better so i wouldnt have to take this soooo often

I know this can be habit forming, so I try to make an effort to only take it when I need it. Sometimes during a "bad spell" I will have to take it every day for a few days, and then I'm ok. I take the lowest dose possible, starting with 1/2 mg and working up if it's not working. Side effects haven't bothered me with this drug!

I only have to take this when I am having problems. But it is working. It helps me to calm down.

took as needed about 23 times per day for two months now take it regularly 4 times per day until the lexapro takes effect and i can feel well enough to start eating and coping to start the cbt productively

After my move to CT I began having anxiety attacks that began to get worse and more like panic attacks and my depression worsened at the same time. I used 1 10mg at bedtime to calm me enough to get to sleep. I stopped using it after about 4 months. I had about 4 or 5 days withdrawal symptoms.

Not taking anymore but did help me to sleep
