Ive been using Astelin Nasal Spray for a number of years. It works great. There are no sideeffects whatsoever and it works within 45 minutes. Below is some information that I found from the www.astelin.com website. It doesnt prevent the hives Just slows the process enough that I can cool off and move to a cooler location.
