I guess it helps some but I still experience flare-ups.
he says it is working, but i think he takes it til the flares stop, then he stops taking it again.
Have been taking 800mg asacol tid for the the past 6 mnths- so i guess it must b doin some gud :-)
I been taking between 9-12 a day since I was diagosned.
It works as a maintenance medication though I do still have flare-ups. I have experiences no side effects.
Pentasa has been great for me. Can't say I can think of any side effects from it at this time.
Presently taking 500 mg of Pentasa 4 x daily. No side affects noticed. Wondering if it is required though.

Rowasa. Works well most of the time although I wish it came in another form that was oral instead :(
Worked for a while and then stopped.

as a daily treatment it works ok, but not when in a flair up.
Great med. No side effects at all.
