Oh yea! When I want a cigarette I reach for my bottle of lavendar essential oil and breathe deep. Also bought yummy shampoos body washes lotions candles really helps!

This has worked for me in the past - I had a panic attack on a plane and inhaled from a small bottle of lavender oil until I was able to calm down, which was pretty quick. I also have used certain oils as pillow sprays to fall asleep, and used to get so anxious driving to work everyday that I would spray the oils into the air in my car and inhale them.

Essential Oils is great, used in heat wheat bags, massage,no tv after a certain time.
