Worked out twice a week with water therapy group for several years, loved it but had to stop because of peripheral neuropathy and hand foot syndrome from cancer meds. Better now, so hope to rejoin group soon.

I had a hot tub and it was great therapy but unfortunately when I went through a divorce and moved into a small apartment, it would not fit onto my patio so I had to sell it. I will be getting one soon!

I realy liked the hydrotherapy, good to get the weight of my feet.

This type of water exercise works well and I plan to continue it.
Working / Worked
I cannot use this often as it takes every last bit of strength I have. I will not hurt as bad and will be relaxed but it is hard to get out and walk.
Working / Worked
I take a very hot bath daily, sometimes twice. Can't get going without it. Have dry skin problems that I treat with oil.
