I cannot use this often as it takes every last bit of strength I have. I will not hurt as bad and will be relaxed but it is hard to get out and walk.

I take a very hot bath daily, sometimes twice. Can't get going without it. Have dry skin problems that I treat with oil.

I always feel better pain wise during and after use of a hot tub and it wil last for a short time. maybe 30-45 minutes, more on a lucky day. I do not have access to one on a regular basis
