I use amoxicillin prior to going to the dentist or getting my ears pierced. It is working for right now. I only had endocarditis once. I don't know what it is from though.

Both kids have had this antibiotic as cover during a cold, usually worked.

I have such bad spasms,burning in the muscles.Sensitivity to light and sound I feel like my nervous system is on fire,sweating at night cant sleep tremors this is after taking all these medications or the 6 week course anyways

worked o.k with other antibiotics or in conjunction with others. Not just by itself. This is a nasty ass bug that was created by our Government for warfare. It was given to animals that were kept in fenced in cages and large areas. Some of these animals were deer "deer ticks" and they jumped the fence in a town called lyme conneticut, I believe. My doctor is ex-military and I know this stuff anyway from research. All of the antibiotics that you take "that work" will cause a Herx reaction.

I take Amoxi when I get so bad I can't move. lately it is every 2 yrs. It works and I will do this forever, or till I find something better 6000mg dayly not easy on the stomach

My lyme dr first used amox or zithromax with amox (my memory is shot) Gave me lomotil to stop diahrea and recommened digestive enzymes every time I ateHerxed so bad I really thought I was dying called my lyme literate (wonderful Man) said quit antibiotics for a bit. Long road had this 11 years unless the two years I was sick previous to this was lyme if so it went into remission te antibiotic treatment saved my life

Gave me a temporary lull in my symptoms but nothing major.
