side affects were horrible as I felt drained fatigued for about a week after the headache was gone, felt less fatigued afterwards when I just ried to sleep off the migraine

Usually they work, especially if I take them as soon as I feel the migraine coming on. For me there are no more side effects than if I'd taken an aspirin.
