it worked a lil bit maybe 2 or 3 pounds every now and then but dats how my weight always is

only when i eat some fat.

Nell-Worked to a degree just helped me be more disciplined, loved the online tools.

ewwww....that's all I have to say.

When I first tried it, the first week it made a 2 pound difference, the next week 3.5 pound difference and the last 2 weeks no difference but I was eating a very low fat food and always hit under my target fat consumption and I had no bad side effects. I'll be starting it again for the 3 days I eat up to 2000 calories when I get my order in.

I use it when I'm going to eat fatty foods mostly. It works well, kicks me over bumps. No side effects at all for me.

I worked a little it would have worked more if I could have exercized more and eaten better. Makes you have to use restroom.

I didn't use it for long enough, and I should have. I wish to get back on it.

psht it works but if you eat fat you better run to the bathroom baby cause your poop is like water.
