ProAir is good but the liquid albuterol in my nebulizer is better when I'm really down.

Albuterol is a great rescue inhaler be sure not to take it too often or it becomes less effective. Also it can make your heart race.

Proventil makes me cough worse, but the Albuterol in the nebulizer helps a lot. I also take Albuterol tablets twice a day every day.
