i had counselling for nine years and its it has helped me a little.

I have been in and out of therapy for 8 yrs. It works for a while but then I slide back into my old feeling of useless self worth. Currently trying hypnotherapy. The verdict is still out on this.
I go through it, and for the most part it is working
its great outlet.
It worked, until the therapist made a mistake and set me up for more abuse after a session with both of us.
Long term and successful when avialable.
my doctor recommends this but maybe i deserved all that happend.
