Incredible eye opener.
My therapist is so wonderful and so wise.
I have a abusive past. My abuse councillor has coached me through my healing process. I find it difficult to cope with the past sometimes but i do love the support.

I have experienced varriying degrees of abuse and have suffered repeaded injuries with counsling i managed to reduce the ammount of injuries that i suffered to a minimum. I am also being treated for bpd/depression/anxiety. I try to distance myself from my abuser when he is angry but it isn't that effectice becuase I fell quielty and stay.
