8 months of ABVD 3/4 way through it developed allergy to Bleo, many times very ill, pnuemonia once with hospitalization, now in remission.

ABVD worked. Side effects were not too bad considering the horror stories i'd heard. Ive had hair loss, which is growing back now. Bone and muscle ache, which at times was so painful. Loss of taste and some weight gain. It wasnt pleasant, but I coped and with a newborn baby too.

I had a complete response after my 3rd round. During the treatment, I had low but constant nausea (Zofran helped). I did lose my hair, but it started growing back about a month after treatment ended.

I will find out tomorrow if the chemo worked. I didnt have many side effects..fatigue,hair loss, the bleomycin took its toll on my lungs on the last cycle.

Was in remission after 1 cycle. Finished treatment in 6 cycles. Lost hair.
