4-Aminopyridine or 4-pyridinamine is a potassium channel blocker. It has been used clinically in Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome and multiple sclerosis because by blocking potassium channels it prolongs action potentials thereby increasing transmitter release at the neuromuscular junction and elsewhere. more at Wikipedia

i have been on it that long i may now be immune to it but still take it 150mg at night prob helps me sleep.

It works great for heat exhaustion and helps with fatigue.
Hard to know if it'sthe 4-AP or Tysabri since I started them aound the same time, but I'm more alert and clear headed and a little stronger.
Take 2 pills aday..supposed to give energy, and help with walking, not approved by FDA yet....
