Whoa ... isn't DS getting fancy with titling our journal entries and selecting a "theme"! I couldn't decide so I forego that option.
Things are looking up in Rhondaville. Had a GREAT week with my mom ... I've seen her more in the past month than I have in the past 10 years and God is blessing our times together. GOD IS SO GOOD!! Troubles with teenager are being worked out as well. Hubby staying in touch with school counselor and I'm taking Gabe to our Christian counselor to sort out some of the life problems getting him down. Just a philosophical kid who wants to be challenged and heard. Feels "boxed in" at his Christian school, but counselor says he will hand-tailor his classes next year. Gary and I need to do some work at home as well. Daughter is doing well coming off meds and kicked abusive boyfriend out of her life ... and ... the best news ... she's going to church! Thank you Lord! She wants me to go with her Sunday. I have a commitment at our church that hubby said he would fill so I could go with Lauren to the church she's attending. And, last but certainly not least, oldest son's marriage is back on track. He really wants it to work so that's what I'll pray for.
Wow, finally ... an uplifting journal entry. Thank you, Lord.
