About Me
Diagnosed with bipolar II about 5 years ago and recently "upgraded" to bipolar I. I am on my third marriage. We've been together for 5 years and married for four. We have 3 children - girl 12 and boy 15 who are mine and a boy 18 who is his. We live in a small farmhouse on 78 acres just outside a small town but I work in the closest big city which is about a 40 minute drive. I am a project manager for software application development.
Interests
I am interested in just about anything "crafty". My favorites are counted crosstitch, crochet, and scrapbooking. I am also an avid reader. Lately I've been on a sci-fi kick but I go through phases with various genres.

Close Bipolar Disorder
I am a 34 (almost 35) year-old mother of three (11,14,17) who was diagnosed about four years ago. I'm pretty well under control now but I have my moments.
Treatments
- Abilify Working / Worked
- Good stuff but it made me shaky.
- Depakote Working / Worked
- Worked well but made me gain weight.
- Lamictal Working / Worked
- I love it!
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- Didn't do much for depression but helped with sexual side effects.
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- Ambien Working / Worked
- Works well but I forget talking to my DH when he gets home late from work.
