I am so proud of myself today! For the first time since being diagnosed w/ TN, I went to the dentist for a cleaning. I was getting twinges on Wednesday and almost cancelled, but I took a little extra tegretol for a couple of days and it went fine! Granted, I'm a little tired from all the drugs, but now I can relax and ramp down to what I normally take.
Strange that this is such an accomplishment, but it feels like the bravest thing I've done all year. Going to treat myself to a nice pedicure now : ) I deserve it!
