Strangely enough my son and daughter both came out with a cord around their neck twice. Both are learning issues. My son was diagnosed with PDD, Severe Dyslexia and Tourette Syndrome, my daughter on the other hand, APD and SID. She may see a professional again cause she seems more on the Autism Spectrum like my son, rather than the ones they said she is.
