MOVE INTO THE PRESENT Mood
Wednesday, July 30, 2008 | An Inspiring story

Set yourself free from the past, bring peace into your life, and

move in to the present by letting go of your anger and biterness. Lucy MacDonald

Hi everyone: Just as quick note nothing to special. We took our car in again to get the air conditioning fixed again . It was staying warm rather than getting cold. I'm not very happy Can't people fix things right the first time?

Alex and I went and had our hair cut and went out to lunch.Tonight is my co-dependent group

I try to stay busy and happy. Tomorrow (Thursday) I go and see my liver doctor and have and fasting ultra sound . I think every thing will be ok. I hope I have time to stop by and see my grandkids if I'm not to tired.I'm also doing my daughter and son a 72 hour kit for Christmas. I bought  a big flash light, a smaller one, tooth brushes, tooth paste, sterile wipes, candle matches, instant oatmeal, water , drinking cups, just things you can have ready in an emergency.  Young kids don't think about things when the power goes out and what little ones may need.

Alex got a new cell phone from work. Now he can take pictures. So he has been playng with his new toy.

God bless you all for a peaceful evening. I hope it's not to hot where you are. Wonderful big Hugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Suzanne

Suzanne,I love the idea of a 72 hour kit!!! I once did up my girlfriend a tool box with all the tools needed to do the usual stuff.this was when she first moved out on her own. i'm not sure she was too thrilled with it but I do know she used it a lot.
    Have a great day. Debbie
