Still working the treadmill (almost) every day. Missed yesterday since I came home to prepare strawberries for shortcake to take to my study group. Since I missed, it was difficult to be on there for 20 minutes so I didn't go longer today but Wednesday was 25 minutes. Barney and I did his laps in the yard each day though. My chow's arthritis seems to not bother him so much when he is exercising too.
This seems unbelievable but the feeling in my legs is just awesome. Between the exercising and losing 25 pounds, I feel like I'm almost dancing while I walk. I'm much lighter on my feet and feel so much better. I am taking ibuprofen to keep the body temp down. If I don't have any "adult beverages," I drop more weight. When the weight creeps on slowly, it seems hard to notice that it make me feel really bad! Now that it is coming off, I feel so good, I don't want to take a chance on getting any of it back. When I think back, the 25 I've lost is only while we've been doing WeightWatchers at work. I have lost 30 pounds! So, today is a great day!
