Been on the treadmill every day lately. Even noticed I lost another 2 pounds.. I could get used to this. Strange feeling today, I can feel something in my legs just above my shins, maybe more feeling? Not sure. It is not pain though - could be muscles getting stronger but I think I like it. This past week, I've about had a spring in my step from exercising and I love it. Saw the "uro" and the "neuro" on Thursday.
The Neuro reminded that I should have called him for an infusion when I had "precipitous leg problems" and would like me to do that next time. I'm not sure I want that though. Is my MS going to progress because I don't have it? Sort of sounded that way that last time we talked about trying to nip a relapse sort of thing in the bud.
The idea of a more progressive disease for me came up again. Gently though - I guess his perspective is a bit broader than mine being stuck in what I go through on a day to day basis. My issues are apparently caused by spinal lesions. I think there are one or two cervical spine lesions so he wants to look at my films on my next appointment and it is something he wants to study. He is not sure he wants me on Tysabri but is going to watch what is happening with it and possibly visit that in the Spring.
My work supported my taking a whole day off just to go to my doctors appointments so I had a leisurely day Thursday and did not have to run back to work in between, etc. Even got to take an afternoon nap, which I've learned to love since MS, lol.
I'd still love to get a motorcycle but am thinking I will try a bicycle at some point and see if I'm able. Last time felt so shaky that it scared me but I wonder if that could happen just because I haven't been on one in so long.

Hoorah... Neuro appointment today....no new lesions
Well, what a week I have had. Long story short, Steroids again. I know there is another protocal for LDN, …
