Father Time (that Bastard!)
Notice the fat cat on my avatar? He's "flippin off" Father Time...! I have a Birthday coming …
Ever notice it's hard to walk in a crowd and stay steady? I'm going to have to follow the kids out of church next time - they make a bee-line down the side aisle, lol. Sometimes kids have a marvelous perspective, don't they? I'm happy tho. Got to hear a marvelous sermon, did my shopping, and am tweaking my book project. So far, it appears to be working out to 44 pages. Nice and compact. Now that I've actually wrestled the whole formatting issue, this is getting exciting for me. It's one thing to write but another to put the whole thing together to publish.
Not a bad day so far really. Kind of cool that every time I need to rest my legs, it's a good excuse to write more or work on my creative interests. Not a bad deal. Always heard that God has a reason for everything. Today, our pastor reiterated the whole day of rest idea - good things can happen in the "down" time. Rest, recouperation, planning for the upcoming week and things we love to do and don't always take time for. How neat i s that?
Hope everyone is having a great day.
