funny story time ......... of course it is about Reece. lol just have to share this one. probably will share more as time goes by.

after reece's dad and i divorced, seems his dad started dating this particular woman. i guess it was serious cause he wanted Reece to meet her. so Reece and his grandma met them at some restraunt. that afternoon when he got back home Reece began to tell me all about "S". she sounded nice by all accounts. i mean Reece said "she's just like you mom, only she has blonde hair." hey that is a compliment. right? lol well the next thing out of Reece's mouth was "mom, did you know 'S' was baptized?" i told Reece how wonderful to hear that and it was a good thing ... i knew she would be a positive influence on Reece. so me being a bit daft, i asked Reece, "so tell me, do you know where she goes to church or where she was baptized?" Reece without missing a beat...."yeah, mom. she was baptized at Sea World."

roflmao ..... talk about having to be a good parent and not laugh, i got onto Reece for not being nice. and scolded him and told him never to say such things again. that everyone was different in size and shape and his momma was no skinny thing. (needless to say he had a bunch of step-mom jokes) as soon as that boy walked out of my sight, i burst out in laughter. well, heck, at the time i sure treasured his insight as wrong as it was. and i will admit, it made the ego of mine feel pretty darn good. lol just had to share that.
