Continuing to improve. I was tempted to go off on her today and tell her I am ready for a divorce, but later in the day she showed she was a little vulnerable and I felt a little sorry for her. She talks to me like I am a roommate, a roommate who is a good listener but she absolutely will not turn it around and ask me how I am doing. After I console her a bit, she then leaves the house to go have dinner with a girlfriend, no hug for me, or thank you , etc.
I have learned to lower my expectations. Sad, eh?

If you take the time to listen to her when she talks to you, I have one thing to say She is in for a real eye opener if the two of you divorce cause she is never going to find another guy that will listen. My guess... she was lucky to find you (a guy that will listen)and there won't be another like you in our life time.

It is hard to be demoted to roomate when you have known more. Do you think this will be only for awhile? If she is trulky struggling to get better then I say stick around,but if you are thinking she is stringing you along then maybe the giving her the truth about how you are feeling is for the best.
