Close Miscarriage
At 11 weeks, I was spotting. It was very faint but I was having cramps so I went to the gyno. They did a sonogram and the screen was empty. I had lost my baby, one week after having heard the heartbeat. My D&C was October 3, 2006. A week after the procedure, I started bleeding in heavy clots to the point where I had to go to the ER. My body still thought I was pregnant (possibly attributed to my pituitary tumor). In spite of the surgery, I had a natural miscarriage anyways.
Treatments
- D&C Not Working
- I had a D & C because I didn't have a complete miscarriage. A week after the surgery, I had a natural miscarriage anyways.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- It's hard to harbor all of your feelings but people can't relate unless it's happened to them.
Close Hypothyroidism
I was diagnosed back in the 4th grade. I started taking Synthroid and it did nothing for me so I stopped taking it when I was 15.

- I took yoga classes for a while and I enjoyed them but I could only really concrete while in the class. It didn't work so well at home.

- I used to go to one-on-one therapy and group therapy weekly but now I only go to one-on-one every few months.

- It helps express what you may not be able to say.
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- It helps balance me a lot.
