I am retired and enjoy reading. Lately I have been reading Waking the Tiger by Peter A. Levine. Its a very good explanation of the effects of cumulative trauma over the years( minor and significant) and includes suggested exercises and imagery as treatment. I am married and have a 22 year old daughter attending Oxford University studying English Literature. Most days I surf the web. I like weather science and medical sites.
I enjoy listening to audiobooks. The Audible.com version of Lorna Doone is a favorite of mine. Somerset Maugham and Charlotte Bronte are among my favorite authors.

Hugs for you tonight!
Well, it's snowing here today [rolls eyes], but I think it's supposed to get a little warmed on Monday, up into the 40's. I'm totally starved for milder weather and green things (I'm so tired of ice and snow), and I'm so anxious to get back into my walks again. It's been impossible because of the ice. I'm gonna get a fat ass. Hopefully sometime this week I'll be able to get out. Enjoy your time with your pup. :)
Hi. Thanks for checking out my photos. The car accident came out fine. No damage done! :)
I have trigeminal neuralgia and have had it for about 3 months. My TN is V1 upper division on the right forehead. Trying to balance pain relief with the substantial sedation i get from trileptal.
