Firstly I want to give everyone a big thank you for your interest, support and encouragement during my fast. The three days were long but it went very well. By the second day I was itchy from all the toxins being released not to mention I was cranky and hungry. I managed to keep myself busy with school, reading, and I did a little sewing.
When the third day came and went I noticed a dramatic difference in my skin, nails and hair. My skin was clearer and softer. My nails seemed stronger and my hair seems to have more shine. Even Husband has noticed a difference. I feel a lot better and do recommend a juice fast to those who are medically able to do it, however, don’t just start downing juice do research first. For me I took a multi-vitamin once a day along with vitamin C a couple times a day not to mention I planned my juices out and freshly juiced as needed. I also had dandelion tea for my liver which was nice along with my daily cup of green tea I just cannot be without.
After speaking with Husband I decided to keep up the juicing with small meals. It seems to make me feel better and I enjoy it! So that’s that…I survived….
I hope everyone is well!

Wow! I am not at a point in my life where I can give up what is bad for me, even though I know I should. Not even for 3 days. I admire your strength. It sound like you were rewarded for all of the energy and willpower it took. Yeah Rea!

I'm glad it went well. I have never tried dandelion tea - I think I might try it.
