I plan to achieve this by: "Panic Attacks Workbook: A Guided Program for Beating the Panic Trick" by David Carbonell, Ph.D is what I will be working in. I plan to focus my soul attention on it after my schools finals Feb 21st.

Take time for this as long as you need, it won't be easy at first, telling you from my experience, had panic attacks with agorophobia and didn't have any for more than year, but when I started to work on this on my own, I told myself won't beat myself, will do as much as I can, if I can't do it today, it's okay, I'll do it next day or for couple days. Also from other website had some really good advices, that helped me a lot.

Great idea too. Didn't do anything like that, but helps me if I have panic attack, to name any thing I see around me, to look discretly at people around me, try to guess where they could be from, how they are doing, something like that. Don't be scared of panic attacks, nothing can happen to you.
