is feeling Bad
I was diagnosed with Cirrhosis 10 months ago. I am 47 yrs old and married to a very patient man. I have 2 kids. Boy 22, girl 15. I have a dog, two cats, two birds and a family of turtles that moved onto the empty lot next door. I LOVE to garden, I LOVE the beautiful waterways I'm surrounded by, I LOVE the sunshine. I HATE shopping. The most important thing is that I LOVE LOVE LOVE to laugh!
I recently placed my Mom in a very lovely Assisted Living Facility for Alzheimer's. Physically and emotionally, I could not do any more for her. I feel that a lot of my exasperated symptoms were do to stress/guilt and the emotional turmoil of being the primary caregiver. I still need to work on the guilt. I still need to take care of myself.
