Peeing Myself and the Bed? Mood

Hello everyone,

I haven't brought this up to my doctor yet, I'm so embarrassed. Only my family knows; not even my pastor or best friend. I've been peeing myself lately, and quite often, peeing the bed. I feel safe posting this here, where I can't actually see your shocked faces and possible smirks. Please don't look down on me, I have no idea what could be causing this. If anyone has any insight as to what this might be, please get back to me.
