a little better Mood
Sunday, July 27, 2008

today i am feeling a little better. my depression has subsided for the past couple of days. i went to group meeting 3 times this week and enjoyed it. yesterday they had bar b que ribs at the mental health center. it was very good. that was my first time going on a sat. i usually go on thurs nights. i'm trying to keep my mind occupied with positive things.

at work today, i thought about my last minute decision to move to Ga so soon. i thought that i should at least wait untill i have a job up there and a enough cash in the bank to make such a big move. with the way the economy is right now it's not good to just up and leave a job right now. even if it's for a short period of time. at first i was afraid to tell my roomie about my decision because i thought that she will be mad at me, but it turned out that she was very understanding and told me that she will not leave without me. i told her to go on. but she said no way. she said that we will stay here together and if we move we will move together, she said that she will never leave me behind, we are best friends. always and said that she loves me. i thought that was so sweet. it bought tears to my eyes.

i am so thankful for my all my friends (especially my ds friends), and family that are there for me, especially when i feel down. all your loving support helps brighten my day. thank you all for your hugs, comments, and messages. :)

The economy up here is just the opposite to yours.Cant find enough workers to fill the need.Maybe you need to move to the great white north....now that would be a real big change eh?...lol
Im glad your roomie was so understanding..sooo nice.
    Have a good one.

I think you should wait until you know you can handle things on your own. People say a lot, and most have good intentions, but things happen and people change. Besides...if i recall, weren't you two having problems? Isn't that why you had moved in the first place? I was also wondering why would you be concerned about your friend being mad about you wanting to move? Sounds to me like you are putting someone else's feelings above your own happiness. It's always scary to make a huge change in one's life, but sometimes you just have to step out on faith. Like i said earlier, I do think you should wait until money is right, or at least you have a job waiting for you. Of course this is just MY opinion. You must do what you think is right for you.

you're right about that. maybe i am putting others before myself. i do need to take into consideration that she and i had problems in the past and people can change so quickly. i need to think about things really hard before i make a big decision.

Make a list of things you need to do before the move.
