I HAVE NOT BEEN FEELING WELL THE PAST FEW DAYS. I THINK MY DIABETES IS GETTING WORSE. WHEN I EAT THINGS LIKE A BIG DINNER OR A LUNCH, I GET SICK AND THROW UP. I HAVE BEEN CHECKING MY SUGAR ON A REGULAR BASIS AND IT'S BEEN HIGHER THAN NORMAL. I NEED TO GO ON A LOW CARB DIET. I FEEL BAD THAT I HAVENT BEEN TAKING CARE OF MYSELF. NOW I AM PAYING FOR IT. I HOPE THAT THIS FEELING GO AWAY SOON. I'M GONNA CALL MY DR TOMORROW AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. HE MIGHT CHANGE MY DIABETES MEDICATION OR RAISE THE DOSAGE, BUT IF THATS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, THEN I WOULD RATHER HAVE THAT DONE ASAP. 

 

 

RESEARCHING THE EFFECTS OF ANTI PSYCHOTICS SHOWS THAT THESE CAN MAKE YOUR BLOOD SUGAR GO OUT OF CONTROL VERY QUICKLY. I AM NOT ON THE HIGHEST DOSAGE BUT IT'S LIKE IN A MEDIUM RANGE. KNOWING THIS FACT MAKES ME WANT TO STOP THE ANTI PSYCHOTIC, BUT I KNOW I NEED IT AS MUCH AS I NEED THE DIABETES MEDS. I WISH THAT I WAS HEALTHY MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY.

I TOOK THE PRACTICE ENTRANCE TEST AT THE COLLEGE AND I DID TERRIBLE ON THE MATH. MATH IS MY WORST SUBJECT. I AMD BAD IN ALGEBRA AND FRACTIONS BUT I AM GOOD IN GEOMETRY. THEY HAD A LOT OF ALGEBRA ON THE TEST!!! BAD THING FOR ME.

 SO I JUST HAVE TO STUDY AND TRY IT AGAIN.

    I'm sorry you're feeling bad. please take care of yourself. Don't be hard on yourself about the test scores. You should still be able to start, you'll just have to take a remedial math class before you start your credited math classes. Just do like you said, and try again. Again....take care of yourself. Diabetes is not to be taken lightly. Talk to your doctor about making finding a med that can help your mental status without throwing your blood sugars out of control.

I AM FEELING OK TODAY. JUST A LITTLE ANXIOUS. LAST NIGHT I HAD A BIT OF DEPRESSION AND I CALLED THE COUNSELING SERVICE. THIS MORNING I WENT TO WORK SO LATE BECAUSE I HIT THE SNOOZE BUTTON ON MY CLOCK. NOW I AM ANXIOUS THAT MY JOB MIGHT SAY THAT MY ATTENDANCE IS BAD. WHEN I GET DEPRESSED IT'S LIKE I JUST CAN'T GET OUT OF BED. I CRY ALOT. AND I'M NOT MOTIVATED TO GET ANYTHING DONE. I SEE MY PDOC ON THE 13TH AND I'M GONNA TELL HER ABOUT MY DEPRESSION LATELY. 

 

 

 MY FRIEND AND I STARTED OUR ON CLEANING SERVICE LAST YEAR AND IT WAS GOOD WHEN WE FIRST STARTED. WE HAD LOTS OF CLIENTS, THEN SHE GOT PREGNANT AND I WAS CLEANING BY MYSELF. IT WAS TOUGH FOR ME BECAUSE I ALREADY WORK A FULLTIME JOB. MY JOB IS VERY PHYSICAL. SO TO GET OFF WORK AFTER 8 HOURS AND THEN GO CLEAN SOMEONE'S HOUSE WAS A STRAIN ON ME. SO I HAD TO QUIT THE CLEANING FOR A WHILE.  NOW WE ARE ADVERTISING AGAIN AND WE ARE GETTING CALLS ALREADY!! HOPEFULLY THE BUSINESS WILL PICK UP AGAIN SOON. I KNOW IT WILL WITH GOD'S BLESSING.

 

 

I'M GONNA GO DOWN TO THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE ON THURSDAY AND TAKE THE COLLEGE PLACEMENT TEST AND REGISTER FOR CLASSES. I REALLY NEED TO DO THINGS THAT KEEP MY MIND OCCUPIED AND I THINK THAT FURTHERING MY EDUCATION IS A GOOD THING. I STILL WANT TO BE A NURSE AND THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE HAS AN A.S. DEGREE IN NURSING. I'M GONNA MAKE MYSELF GET UP OUT OF BED AND GO DOWN THERE THURSDAY.

    girl I know the feeling about the depression. I've been dealing with that myself. Basically confined myself to my house. To my room really. It good you have a job....something to make you get out of the house. I'm sure that helps. I hope things work out for you with school and business.

    I DEFINATELY know the feeling about the depression. Getting out of the house and being busy are some of the best things you can do with yourself to beat it, though!! You're on the right track!! Keep it up, sweetie!! Good luck and all the best!
