YYYESSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel sooo sucessful! Before I tell you the fab news I need to tell you what I have been doing differently. I have been eating small meals. Also I have been doing two snacks. Also I dont eat after 8pm sometimes 7pm depending on when the hubby gets home. If I want something to snack on after din, I usually have jello or just a couple glasses of water.

AND i have been going to the gym at our apartment at least 3-4 times a week (two weeks in a row). Since I have started this life changing process about a month and half ago, I have lost 16.5 pounds AS OF TODAY!!!! I am close to halfway to where I want to be for my goal in august.

WOOOOHOOOO!!!!!! YIIIPPPIEEEE!!!!
